Deep Cleaning
A Deep Clean is often referred to as a "Spring/Fall" Cleaning. I recommend at least 2 Deep Cleanings per year.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE CLEANING
This is the right choice if you wish to have your home looking its best all the time and use my services on a regular schedule.
Often the first clean will cost a little bit more so it will be easily maintained in the future.
Every Room....
- Furniture Polished
- Cobwebs Removal
- Mop Floors
- Carpets / Area Rugs Vacuumed
- Ceiling Fans Dusted
- Window Sill/Ledges Dusted
- All Mirror and Glass Surfaces Dusted/Cleaned
- Door and Cabinet Facings Wiped Down as needed
- Trash Removal / Reline Waste Baskets
- Linen Change (one change with routine cleaning)
Bathroom....
- Clean / Sanitize Vanity, Counters and Sinks
- Vanity Lights / Fixtures Dusted
- Clean Mirrors
- Shower/Tub/Toilet Cleaned and Sanitized
- Floors Vacuumed and Mopped
Separate Tubs are Extra Charged
Kitchen / Laundry Room....
- Clean and Dry all Countertops
- Clean / Sanitize Sinks / Microwave In and Out
- Clean exterior of all appliances
- Wet Wipe Exterior Cabinet Facings if needed
- Polish Stainless Steel Appliances
- Vacuum / Mop Floors
Extra Cleaning Charge....
- Inside Refrigertor / Freezer Cleaning

- Baseboards, Blinds, Low Inside Windows
- Spa/Separate Tubs
- Any room needing some extra care
- First Cleanings often cost a little bit more, as I often have to do some extra cleaning on the first visit.
A Deep Clean includes everything listed in the ROUTINE MAINTENANCE CLEANING plus the following
- Wash/Dry all baseboards
- Clean inside patio door glass
- Wash/Dry all fan blades and glass fixtures
- Wash/Dry all outside cabinet facings/doors
- Spot wash marks on walls (heavily soiled areas may need to be repainted by client)
- Remove books from shelves and clean
- Clean air intake vents
- Vacuum cloth furniture
- Wash/Dry all window sills/ledges
- Sweep inside porches
Extra Cleaning Charge....
- Inside Refrigertor / Freezer Cleaning
- Inside Oven Cleaning
- Baseboards, Blinds, Low Inside Windows
- Spa/Separate Tubs
- Any room needing some extra carel
- Mop Floors
- First Cleanings often cost a little bit more as we often have to do some extra cleaning so we can eaisly do your maintenance cleaning next time.
NOTE:
I do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster. I do not move furniture or appliances but will attempt to reach visible places by hand or extension duster. I make every effort to limit dust in the air, but cannot prevent this entirely. Please allow for some dust resettlement after I leave.
I do not open drawers or attempt cleaning inside curio or china cabinets. If client removes contents before I arrive, I will be happy to clean these areas. Client must put items back. The same rule applies to any shelf / space heavily adorned with knick-knacks. Clients must put items back.
Rates and Services are subject to change. Payment is due when service is rendered--I accept cash and checks.
Due to health concerns, I do not handle human excrement. We will clean / sanitize normal human use in bathroom and kitchen.
I WILL USE YOUR CLEANING PRODUCTS IF YOU WISH or MY PRODUCTS THAT ARE ECO FRIENDLY.
